Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to StockPilot AI on the web and mobile apps. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The Service

StockPilot AI offers informational tools: watchlists, portfolio tracking, AI-assisted summaries, and journaling. It does not execute trades, hold funds, or provide personalized investment, tax, or legal advice.

Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. Market data and AI responses can be delayed or wrong. You alone decide whether to act on any information.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live and not barred from using the Service under applicable law.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, scraping at abusive rates, attempting unauthorized access, uploading malware, or impersonating others.

You will not rely on the Service as your sole basis for investment decisions.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the Service or others.

No financial advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You alone decide whether to act on any information.

Subscriptions (Premium)

StockPilot AI offers an optional auto-renewing Premium subscription billed through Apple In-App Purchase or, on the web, through Stripe.

Premium is billed monthly. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or payment method at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Manage or cancel an Apple subscription under Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Web subscriptions are managed from your profile on aistocksbuddy.com.

Refunds for Apple purchases follow Apple’s policies. Contact Apple Support for App Store billing questions.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID FOR THE SERVICE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Changes and termination

We may modify the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may discontinue the Service or your access with reasonable notice where practicable.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of business or residence as we specify in a future version, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue unless otherwise required by consumer protection law.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
